We are currently searching for a Security Analyst in our Tulsa office. The successful candidate will design solutions and define security protections for Active Directory and its associated services and functions. The candidate will also provide integration support and daily upkeep of the enterprise single sign-on and multi-factor authentication system.  They may also lead teams or projects in supporting these areas, participate in security investigations, or perform advanced functions as part of cyber security incident response.   The candidate may also be asked to coach or provide guidance to lower-level security professionals.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Operational support of multiple-forest Active Directory infrastructure as well as related tools and technologies.
  • Analyze Active Directory infrastructure for potential security weaknesses, and design solutions to mitigate or remediate them.
  • Support and extend new and existing integrations with the Williams single sign-on (SSO) and/or multifactor authentication (MFA) capabilities. 
  • Analyze, research, and recommend solutions to complex problems related to Active Directory.
  • Develop and generate reports of Active Directory content.
  • Supports project teams by performing operational tasks required for identity management and Active Directory integration.
  • Provide leadership and/or coaching to junior team members to support cross training and overall growth.
  • Serve as the final level escalation point for support issues in the Williams Active Directory environment.
  • Participate in security investigations and/or cyber security incident response as needed to support the organization.

 

Basic Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in IT-related area or 8+ years of associated hands-on IT experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Active Directory management experience
  • Experience with integration, deployment, and operational support of Single-Sign On (SSO) and/or multi-factor authentication (MFA) technologies.
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Previous experience with designing or supporting disaster recovery concepts and application with Active Directory
  • Capable of supporting Windows Server 2003, 2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be willing to perform occasional on-call duties

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:

  • Experience supporting Azure Active Directory or Active Directory integrations with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with implementation, support and use of One Identity Management platform
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware.
  • CISSP, GIAC or similar certifications
  • Experience performing cyber security operations or cyber security incident response functions.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting
  • Experience troubleshooting digital certificate issues
  • Experience with UNIX or Linux
  • Relevant IT or Security certifications
