Responsibilities:

  • Manages the Supply Chain policies, procedures, processes, metrics, training, audits and systems.  Facilitates the quality assurance and quality control for materials.  Provides invoice management services to multiple areas of the organization. Helps identify and implement best practice strategies based on industry standards.

 

Functional/Technical Competencies:

Strong Process Thinking and process improvement skills

Demonstrated knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry

Ability to look at the big picture of situations and develop process that addresses all perspectives

Ability to root cause issues and establish process control of complex, chaotic work to eliminate waste and reduce variation

Systems knowledge and capability (e.g. Excel, Oracle, Discover, Maximo, PowerBI)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated Leadership skills

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent) demonstrated experience

Strong customer service mindset supporting Operations and Engineering Services.

Ability to influence without authority across all functions and levels in the Enterprise

Ability to assist executive leadership in creating a strategic plan for supply chain

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, supply chain, IT or applicable field, along with 6 – 10 years of experience

Prefer Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent

Possess a broad enterprise perspective and strong business acumen

Proven leadership of a multi-functional department

Developer of people

Ability to translate complexity into standardized processes using Lean Six Sigma (or similar) concepts

Strong communication and change management skills with team members, peers and internal customers.

Knowledge of  ERP processes
