This position provides financial tracking and research related to any issues related to Capital and Expense Funding projects. As a member of the Service Management team this role will provide financial management and project support for the IT organization.   The position will be ultimately be responsible for entering Funding Projects into Powerplant for both capital and expense efforts.   Additionally, the position will assist managers and project managers with financial tracking, research, and BI reporting.      

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data entry: Creating, managing, and tracking Funding Projects - Capital and Expense: entering all of the FPC/E into Powerplant;
  • Financial Tracking and Research;  Tracking and analyzing any financial issues for capital and expense projects;
  • Reporting support:  Business Intelligence, FPCs/FPEs, Capital Allocation, Financial and Project reporting; Quarterly Business Review (QBR): data gathering and reporting in support of QBR;
  • vRealize business Account setup in the software tool; 
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned.;

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, 2-4 years of relevant experience  (some college or associates degree, and 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with MS office products (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Experience with Powerplant, preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
