IT Analyst II – SharePoint Administrator

As a SharePoint Administrator, this role will help end-users with day-to-day operations of SharePoint and SharePoint Online. As a part of the SharePoint team, this role will be part of the team that is responsible for the back-end operations of our SharePoint farm, including application patching and troubleshooting. With experience, end-user SharePoint solution configuration/development will be encouraged.  As part of the COE, members of this team must be able to adapt to the changing technology landscape and integrate with the wider COE’s mission to ensure Williams’ users have easy to use tools that facilitate communication, collaboration and enable them to share experiences. We are looking for someone who wishes to branch into the Microsoft collaborative technology stack.

Location of position:  Tulsa, OK


Job Responsibilities:

  • Within a short period of time, become a subject matter expert on SharePoint and SharePoint Online
  • Within a short period of time, become a subject matter expert on OneDrive for Business
  • As part of the SharePoint Team within the Collaboration COE, be part of the day-to-day operations and maintenance of SharePoint.
  • Work as Level 2 support for SharePoint-based issues and tasks

  • Team Player with ability to work independently
  • High Level of customer service
  • Understanding of SDLC Lifecycle/Project Management Methodologies
  • Familiarity with risk and compliance assessment methodologies and standards
  • ServiceNow experience helpful
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of customers
  • High degree of professionalism, respect for diversity particularly with respect to globally sourced work
  • Participate in project activities
  • Eagerness to adapt to new technologies as introduced
  • Recognize and propose improvement opportunities: technological & process
  • Navigate organizational channels to accomplish tasks



  • 1-2 years of SharePoint administration or 2-4 years of SharePoint usage as a “power user” (i.e. Site Owner or equivalent)
  • Experience administering and troubleshooting software
  • Office 365 administration a plus
  • Ability to automate processes utilizing Powershell helpful
