The Facilities Services Rep, Sr. is responsible for all aspects of corporate real estate and office facility construction. Key activities include construction project planning and supervision, lease reviews, space planning, furniture specification, and real estate transactions. The incumbent will consult with customers to ascertain needs, identify problems, and apply business expertise/technical knowledge to design, and/or create solutions to ensure satisfaction with delivered services. Develops and maintains partnerships with business or functional group leadership to implement strategic facility practices. Develop, review, and execute project proposals/plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, team requirements, and allotment of available resources. Negotiate contracts with contractors, designers, engineers, architects and real-estate group to ensure standards for quality within prescribed budget. Solicit/evaluate/negotiate vendor proposals for project recommendations to determine feasibility and fits, and monitor performance. Maintain/update project documents, prepare, and present reports to reflect current project information/status and costs associated with such. Consult with management and project team to ensure an understanding of strategic architecture and infrastructure initiatives for a project are met. Communicate regularly on project status to ascertain and manage expectations, and ensure strategic alignment. Monitor the projects to identify barriers/risks, resolve issues, and make contingency plans including adjusting schedules, when needed, to ensure that the end result and value to the business remains on track.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Construction Management or related field, plus 5 years project management experience.
  • PMP certification or CFM designation a plus.
  • Potential candidate should be team oriented and a self-starter of utmost integrity, capable of working independently and comfortable making decisions on behalf of stakeholders.
  • Must possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to motivate others to achieve superior results.
  • Must have the ability to simultaneously balance multiple tasks and interact effectively with a diverse mix of customers and service providers, both internal and external.
  • Must be willing to travel overnight up to 30% to company locations to perform facilities services.
  • Solid computer system skills, especially Office suite of products and Microsoft Project.
  • CAD proficiency is a plus.
