  • Provides leadership to organizational performance and operational continuous improvement efforts with broad enterprise impact.  
  • Responsible for identifying operational improvement opportunities, quantifying and developing the value proposition, developing strategies to achieve opportunity objectives, and driving implementation of the strategies into execution with solid project management skills. 
  • Ensure new practices become fixed into ongoing practices, developing methodologies and facilitating continuous improvement techniques throughout Williams to achieve operational efficiencies and demonstrate measureable, sustainable results.
  • Work in concert with Operations, Operational Excellence, E&C management and subject matter experts to provide leadership, education, and facilitation of continuous improvement initiatives using proven process improvement/quality methodologies and continuous measurement of performance.
  • Develops plans, sets goals, develops metrics, and partners with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure optimum productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness in meeting business unit objectives.  
  • Project manager who leads large complex projects resulting in significant business impact.



  • Bachelors Degree required with Technical or Engineering degree
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in industry (Experience in oil and gas is preferred)
  • Solid understanding of continuous improvement and quality methodologies (ex. Kaizen, Six-Sigma)
  • Proven skills equivalent to LSS Black Belt practitioners is required.
  • Prior roles with focus on operations and/or engineering preferred
  • Strong project management and change management skills (PMP a plus)
  • Strong communications and relationship building skills
  • Should be self-motivated team player with a strong drive for results
  • Strong skills in process design, technical documentation, organizational communications, metrics and scorecard development
