This role is a key contributor in the Gathering Compression Center of Excellence (GC COE) to the success of the “GC-15” standard compression facility product line through facilitation of issue resolution, communicating important information with our customers, and creating a positive customer experience.  The successful candidate will provide support to the GC COE team and facilitate critical processes in serving the GC-15 customer base. 

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the product line continuous improvement and customer issue resolution processes
  • Manage product line transmittals to customers
  • Manage equipment design and quality documents utilizing company standard document control processes
  • Support regular reporting
  • Consolidate and publish regular product line updates
  • Develop and maintain positive customer experience initiatives for the product line
  • Coordinate and maintain the GC COE sharepoint with Knowledge Management team
  • Coordinate training
  • Issue and maintain POs for 3rd party services

 

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Minimum Requirements:

  • Is responsive to internal/external customer needs providing timely, accurate and high quality interactions
  • Makes decisions related to own work; uses discretion to determine the appropriate alternatives
  • Is skilled in more than one process or has developed deep expertise in a single process area
  • Provides solutions to a broader range of problems by using existing precedents or procedures
  • MS Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint skills

 

Education & Work Experience Required

Minimum Requirements:

  • Document management experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Purchasing contracts management experience
  • Sharepoint maintenance experience
  • Associate’s Degree in Business or other related program
  • 2+ years related experience

 

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related program
  • Marketing / Communications
  • Continuous improvement using Lean Production or Six Sigma methodologies
  • 5+ years related experience
