Our organization is seeking highly-motivated college graduates to be a part of our organization in the Early Career Professional Development Program (PDP), a three-year intensive rotational program. You will have the opportunity to build breadth early in your career by rotating throughout our enterprise and gaining exposure to many critical areas of Williams.

 

Rotations may include finance and accounting, project analysis, investor relations, commercial, commodity optimization, and operations. Rotations may be located in our corporate office, regional headquarters, or area offices throughout the country.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform basic business tasks and assignments
• Provide support to business units and project teams
• Respond to standard requests from internal and/or external customers
• Learn and demonstrate knowledge of safety culture within the organization
• Identify problems and related information to evaluate options and develop solutions for recommendation
• Develop understanding and use of  policies, procedures, and guidelines established by organization or governing agencies
• Deliver presentations to individuals and groups
• Support the One Williams Mission, while maintaining constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations
• Collaborate with various teams across business areas and disciplines to contribute to enterprise contribution
• Rotate through three specific assignments as directed by the company

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated strong performance through prior internship and work experience
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a Business discipline  (Accounting and Finance preferred)
• Ability to relocate to one of our many office or asset locations within the United States
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Possess strong problem-solving and creative-thinking skills
• Ability to demonstrate an intermediate-advanced level of utilizing Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and other computer applications
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Ability to work independently, with a team, and within a matrix environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership experience within a work, project, and/or campus environment
