Primary Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Respond to Right of Way (ROW) inquiries by researching data on easement rights, widths, and configurations
  • Prepare and process check requests for lease and rental payments
  • Manage rental lists and bugets for future obligations within the Land Department
  • Enter and pay invoices related to Land Department operations
  • Assist with preparation and execution of commuincation site leases
  • Order and distribute bonds and continuation certificates as needed or requested by Land agents
  • Participate in the Land database maintenance effort by reviewing applicable documents to be digitized, ensure files meet standard naming conventions, and provide feedback on issues encountered with the functionality of the software management system
  • Train contract land employees on document retention, document creation, and company policy relating to land acquisition and easement negotiations.



  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred or five or more years’ experience working on pipeline, linear facilities or related equivalent. 
  • Successful candidate must have strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability working well in a team environment.
