Our Organization is seeking a highly skilled Operations Technician I. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining Caterpillar Engines, Reciprocating Compressors, Centrifugal Pumps, etc…

Responsibilities

  • Regularly perform a wide spectrum of non-routine, moderate to high-complexity assignments that would require technical evaluation, innovation, and judgment.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in teamwork, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Identify organizational efforts needed to address safety and operational efficiencies
  • Maintain reciprocating and centrifugal compressors

    Required Qualifications
  • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have knowledge of mechanical equipment and willingness to learn and develop the Operation Technician training program
  • Previously worked with Caterpillar Engines, Compressors, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and Maintain Centrifugal Pumps, PD Pumps, Piston Pumps, etc.
  • Utilize knowledge and experience to solve moderate and to high-complex issues
  • Work independently under minimal supervision and demonstrate professional conduct and business ethics
  • Participate in rotating call out schedules
  • Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Be able to apply fundamental evaluations and present recommendations
  • Possess advanced troubleshooting skills

    Preferred Qualifications
  • Possess a Vo-Tech certificate or Associates degree
  • Contain 1+ years oil and gas processing plant operations
  • Previously experience with Oil and Gas Processing Facility operations
