Williams is seeking a motivated IT Analyst with experience in application design and data delivery in the Northeast Operating Area. This role will interact with the teams supporting operations and assisting in the development of requirements for technology solutions. This role will participate in the design, testing, implementation, and documentation of solutions.



  • Deploy and support mobile applications for use by operations and support teams
  • Develop/Support key SharePoint sites and coordinate with SharePoint team on operation’s needs
  • Develop data delivery solutions leveraging reporting solutions such as SSRS, PowerBI, and Excel
  • Support the design and deployment of dashboards for operations and leadership
  • Analyzes requirements and maintains, tests and integrates application components
  • Provide general application support for the Northeast operating area
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
  • Ensures system improvements  
  • Works with the defined business and technical requirements to deliver software solutions for implementation into the current environment
  • Uses their ability to adapt applications to serve user needs
  • Assists with information gathering and documentation, SDLC and testing
  • Requires the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management throughout the company
  • Understands and adheres to Williams’ Project Management methodology



  • Must be a fast learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience with design and development of reports for end users
  • 5 years of experience developing requirements for technology solutions
  • Exposure to all phases of systems development, especially the design and delivery of web and mobile applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
