Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Field Office Administrator to be part of our Virginia North District.



  • Manage and maintain parts inventory and budget. Review demand patterns, weeks of supply, safety stock and inventory turnover to establish optimum holding costs.
  • Enter material information and pricing data used by staff onto work orders generated by the inventory management system.
  • Purchase materials and equipment by evaluating department needs; reviewing vendor costs, discounts and contracts; reviewing and communicating with vendors regarding product information, shipping services and expediting, costs, discounts and contracts.
  • Prepare bid specifications and requirements for materials requiring formal bids. Keeps catalogues organized and current.
  • Organize and maintain vendor lists with pricing on materials purchased.
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates the operation of vehicle maintenance and repair programs for company owned vehicles.
  • Reviews purchase requests for new and replacement vehicles.
  • Prepares cost analysis and periodic management and operational reports.
  • Compile detailed reports, analysis, and drawings from data given from a variety of sources, and present to upper management.
  • Help team members engage and stay current on company events, activities, and happenings.
  • Respond to all inquiries from internal/external customers, providing initial problem solving and follow up integration.
  • Personally explore and seek feedback from others to understand talents, motivations, values, and development needs, while utilizing understanding to improve performance and build relationships
  • Present contractors and visitors Williams Safety Orientation.
  • Review time sheets for accuracy.
  • Inspect Environmental drum shed and maintain hazardous waste log.
  • Manage gate access.
  • Receive, review and dispatch One Calls for District.




  • Have at least three (3) years of administrative support experience.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrates professional conduct, teamwork and overall good business ethics skills
  • Instill confidence of one’s intentions and positively represents the organization by being responsible and trustworthy.
  • Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Possess an Associates or Bachelor’s Degree.
