Rory Miller, Sr Vice President – Atlantic-Gulf



  • Perform maintenance and operational tasks with all natural gas process related equipment, instrumentation, and control systems on the following: Glycol Dehydration, Cryogenic Processing, Reciprocating Compressors,  Steam Systems, Water Treatment, Measurement, Honeywell DCS, Allen Bradley PLC’s, Gas Chromatographs, Safety Devices, Power Distribution, AC Motors, and all Utility Support Systems
  • Properly maintain and complete maintenance records, service reports, and other required documents as required
  • Demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment, vehicles, tools, and equipment
  • Maintain and operate power distribution, AC motors, and all utility support systems in a reliable, safe, and efficient manner, in accordance with Williams’ policies, practices, and standards
  • Participate in various teams and/or team initiatives
  • Perform a wide range of tasks associated with the natural gas industry
  • Coordinate maintenance activities on electrical, instrumentation and control systems
  • Work independently under periodic supervision for highly complex and non-routine tasks




  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrate the ability to work under limited supervision
  • Have working knowledge of regulatory (DOT, OSHA, etc.) requirements and industry standards (e,g, API, Common Ground Alliance) and recommended practices
  • Experience managing damage prevention program; integrates new requirements into the maintenance and protection of pipelines
  • Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
  • Have a valid State Operators Driving License and excellent driving record
  • Have previous experience in the mechanical and/or maintenance industry
  • Be willing to work after hours, on-call rotations, nights, and shift work.
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Ability to carry and lift items that can weigh 50lbs or more
  • Team Orientated, and the ability to work well with others
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and initiative skills



  • Possess an Associate’s Degree
  • Experience with gas-plant operations, gas compression, and/or liquid or gas gathering processes
